This fall, the Professional Growth Youth Forum will be held in three cities:
- Moscow, October 18
- Saint Petersburg, October 26
- Yekaterinburg, November 17
As part of the forum, students and young professionals will meet HR managers of large employers in a friendly business atmosphere, ask them questions about employment, submit their CVs, and get invited to interviews.
The forum’s business program includes over 20 interactive events in each city, including workshops, trainings, and business games. They will help their participants get their bearings on the labor market, learn about working in various economic sectors, and improve their résumé, interview, and presentation skills among many other things.
At the forum, anyone can take a computerized career-guidance test, discuss its results with a career counsellor, and develop their own career-building strategy.
This year, forum participants are offered a new type of activity, one-on-one CV-checking with HR managers of large recruiting companies.
