VACANCY: The Leader of Business Line (Head of Department)

MBA25, which is a part of the educational holding “MBA Strategy”, is looking for the leader of department who can manage fast growth of business line, build great team, fully responsible for business line’s sales and P&L.

What we are expecting from you:

• 5+  years of experience on leadership roles or proven results of your leadership
• Proved records in B2B Sales and Business Development
• Great international experience (e.g. education, working abroad)
• Excellent written and oral English; Knowledge of otherEuropean languages is a plus
• Active and positive attitude, strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Motivation, motivation, motivation.

Main responsibilities:

• Leading and managing team of people on everyday basis. Motivation, control and education
• Sales negotiations with business school on regular basis and achievement of the assigned sales targets
• Full responsibility for P&L and Sales
• Long term customer relations maintenance and development
• Project’s development and improvement.
