Wharton MBA students have maximum flexibility in their fields of study and a depth of options. Students choose from 18 specializations, 11+ interdisciplinary degrees, and nearly 200 electives.
Leadership and collaborative learning are integral to the Wharton MBA experience. Wharton students are divided into cohorts of about 70 students.
MBA Program for Executives
Offered in Philadelphia or San Francisco, the Wharton MBA Program for Executives is a full-time-equivalent MBA degree program for working professionals. Wharton faculty members teach at both locations — San Francisco and Philadelphia.
Students attend classes Fridays and Saturdays on alternate weekends for two years, staying on campus in executive facilities overnight on Friday. The intensive academic schedule covers the same course load as the full-time MBA program. The executive MBA curriculum, like that of the full-time MBA program, includes a cross-functional integration of the core curriculum and development of leadership and team skills.
