Speaker: Gianluca Pallini
Gianluca is Affiliate Professor in Management and Finance at ESCP Europe and Adjunct Professor in Corporate Finance at Cattolica University (Milan-Italy).
Gianluca has gained significant experience in applied strategic corporate finance. He has previously worked in investment banks such as Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital and GE Capital (previously Interbanca), in the field of capital investment (Italian Mezzanine) and in organizations related to the Italian Ministry of the Economy and Finance, specifically as investment officer at Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (previously Infrastrutture Spa) and as officer of the Guardia di Finanza (the Italian financial & economic police).
Gianluca has attended the Global Colloquium on Participant-Centered Learning at Harvard Business School and he holds an MBA from INSEAD.
He also attended a postgraduate course in Corporate Finance at SDA Bocconi Graduate School of Management and a postgraduate course within the Guardia di Finanza Academy (The Italian Financial Police Academy).
